Considering last year included Keane and Franz Ferdinand, that's not a bad record (as it were) to follow. |

As the Chiefs said on their site after receiving the nomination, it makes them the Joss Stone of 2005 (she came fifth in the Sound of 2004 awards). That may or may not be a good thing. The Kaiser Chiefs album, "Employment" (shameless Google plug for anyone searching for album news) is due out in March, with single Oh My God re-released in February. I, of course, as I've said on here before, own a copy of the original release. For the first time ever, I'm actually on a bandwagon rather than watching it.
